Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant Lead to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing supervisory support to our physical therapy department and ensuring the delivery of exceptional therapy services aligned with our commitment to personalized patient care. As a lead, you will collaborate with therapists and healthcare providers to develop therapy programs and oversee the implementation of clinical services. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards of care that Tender Touch is known for, making a direct impact on our patient's rehabilitation process. Supervise and mentor a team of physical therapist assistants and aides. Collaborate with physical therapists to plan and implement comprehensive patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and team communications. Participate in continuous education to stay current with industry trends and techniques. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High proficiency in patient care and rehabilitation techniques Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant CPR and First Aid certification
