Surgical Technologist – Pennsylvania Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; On-call up to
6 weekdays and 2 weekends per six-week schedule; 1 work holiday and
1 call holiday required Highlights: Level I Trauma center with
comprehensive surgical case exposure including cardiovascular,
neurosurgery, vascular, and transplant procedures Liver and kidney
transplant experience required; opportunity to work with complex,
high-acuity surgical cases Cerner charting system in a modern OR
environment with 14 operating rooms and daily census of 30 May
float to GI unit or affiliated surgery center for varied surgical
exposure 40-hour comprehensive orientation with interdisciplinary
support including respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid
response teams Two pre-approved time-off periods available during
contract Requirements: Pennsylvania state license or Compact
license required at time of submission BSN (Bachelor of Science in
Nursing) required Minimum 3 years of surgical tech experience;
previous travel assignment experience required Level I and Level II
Trauma experience required Previous charge experience required BLS
certification; NBSTSA or NCCT certification required Proficiency in
scrubbing and circulating for cardiovascular, neurosurgery,
vascular, and transplant procedures Experience with complex
procedures including AAA repair, ALIF, craniotomy, carotid
endarterectomy, and various spinal fusions Flu vaccine required
(medical/religious exemptions only) Ability to complete
Pennsylvania fingerprinting and compliance requirements within
