Job Description:

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Program Director to lead our pioneering programs within correctional facilities. This leadership position emphasizes public safety and the reduction of recidivism through innovative and high-quality healthcare services. The Program Director will have a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing treatment programs that address substance use disorders, aligning with our commitment to compassion and rehabilitation within the correctional healthcare environment. The director will ensure that program goals meet clinical standards and evaluate outcomes to support continuous improvement and optimal patient care. Develop and oversee comprehensive substance use disorder treatment programs. Liaise with medical professionals and administrative staff to ensure program integrity and effectiveness. Implement evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment aligned with current regulations. Conduct program evaluations and modify protocols to improve clinical outcomes. Manage program budget and ensure allocation aligns with treatment goals and resource availability. Provide training, supervision, and leadership to staff involved in program execution. Prepare reports for correctional facility administration and external accrediting bodies. Strong leadership and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of substance abuse disorders Experience in program development and management Ability to implement and evaluate treatment modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred
