Position: Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon Location: Bethlehem,
PA - Allentown 10mSchedule: Full-Time, permanent positionPosition
Overview A Physician is needed to provide comprehensive medical
services to patients in both practice and hospital settings. The
role involves high-quality, cost-effective care, treatment
planning, and participation in quality improvement and patient
satisfaction initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform history and
physical examinations for all patients. Deliver cost-effective,
evidence-based medical care in accordance with best practices.
Adhere to standardized orders and practice guidelines approved by
medical staff. Evaluate and implement patient health care needs,
including routine exams, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans.
Provide timely communication with referring physicians, patients,
and families. Educate patients and families on wellness habits,
disease prevention, and treatment plans. Coordinate patient care
and referrals to specialists, nurses, psychologists, and
nutritionists as needed. Collaborate with public and mental health
agencies for comprehensive patient care. Maintain confidentiality
and compliance with all policies regarding patient and employee
safety. Stay up to date with current medical practices and skills.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school with
completed residency and/or fellowship in a relevant specialty.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in a medical specialty. MD or DO
licensed by the state licensure board within the state of practice.
Current or recent experience in the area of specialty.
