Job Description Job Description Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 3x12s | FT & PT Available Employment Type: Permanent Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the facility (relocation assistance available). This role provides both inpatient and outpatient respiratory care. You will work independently with diverse age groups and be part of a respected respiratory team serving a 25-bed critical access hospital. Compensation & Incentives Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $45.00 Annual Salary: $62,400 – $93,600 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 for RRT Up to $3,500 for RT Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500 Student Loan Repayment: Up to $15,750 Schedule Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Hours: 3x12s (FT & PT available) Weekends: Every other weekend (7a–7p) On-Call: 2–3 nights per week Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, evidence-based respiratory care across all age groups. Deliver care in accordance with AARC standards and hospital policies. Perform ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow oxygen therapy, ABGs, and emergency respiratory interventions. Participate in patient transport (occasional). Utilize Meditech EMR and operate respiratory care devices and equipment.
