This focus allows our clinicians to obtain optimal work-life balance. /n /nWe are seeking experience and passionate Clinical Supervisor that can wear many hats, assist in coordinating and management of home health clinical services, and has a desire to help children and families live their best lives. /n /nPosition Types Available: Full-Time, In Office-Hybrid /n /nRN Clinical Supervisor responsibilities include:/n /n - Provides daily supervision of nurses and home health aides to ensure quality of service is within the required plan of care /n - Initiates and reviews the clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, and other statuses from client records /n - Appraises staff performance during the probationary period and annually with the director of nursing, and provides the teaching and counseling necessary to enhance the delivery of services and the professional development of nursing and home health aide staff /n - Identifies and evaluates client needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing the initial intake screening form before assignment of direct care staff /n - Assists with the orientation of new professional staff to familiarize them with policies and procedures /n - Conducts client visits in the appropriate setting as needed /n - Initiates in-home supervisory visits of clinical staff as needed /n - Maintains confidentiality of medical records, personnel records, etc., within the scope of their position /n - Participates in any required functions in the absence of, or request by, the director of nursing /n - Works closely with the electronic medical record (EMR) to ensure client electronic charts are maintained, updated, and remain in compliance with company standards /n - Understands details around the knowledge of clinical workflow as it pertains to the use of EMR /n - Participates in formal and informal problem-solving processes to meet the EMR computer education needs and established outcomes for users /n - Provides trainer sessions for peers and field staff to expand training team expertise /n - Provides coaching support to new staff to ensure compliance and consistency as it relates to the EMR /n - Prepares and submits a course of study including program objectives, student performance objectives, and lesson plans for training in accordance with all regulations and company policies /n - Conducts EMR chart audits /n /nQualifications:/n/n /n - Active and Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Pennsylvania /n - 1 years of home health care or equivalent experience is required /n - Knowledge and experience in trach, vent, g-tube, and pediatric care /n - Ability to demonstrate self-confidence and positive attitude toward self and others, and maintain commitment and enthusiasm to achieve goals /n - Ability to identify and evaluate personal strengths and weaknesses /n - Customer-service oriented /n - Working knowledge of, or proficiency in, Microsoft office applications, electronic medical records, and quick-to-learn proprietary software package /n - The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing /n /nWhat we Offer:/n/n /n - A supportive and collaborative work environment /n - Opportunity to Join a Rapidly Growing, Fast-Paced Organization! /n - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance /n - Generous Paid Time Off /n - 401K Retirement Plan /n - A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families /n /nAnnual Salary Range:/n/n /n - Full-Time, In Office: $80,000 annually /n /n*Compensation dependent on experience. /n /nLocation: Wilkes-Barre, PA /n /nIf you are the best at what you do, and are ready to work with an innovative, positive and supportive organization, please contact us today. /n /nCare Options For Kids is an equal opportunity employer.
