Job Description:

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our compassionate team, providing tailored rehabilitation services in a variety of healthcare settings. As a key part of our therapy team, you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients regain movement and manage pain following injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role requires a deep commitment to patient care, the ability to follow customized treatment plans, and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising physical therapist. Document patient progress and report to the physical therapist. Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Participate in patient assessments and contribute to treatment planning. Adhere to all facility and departmental policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform physical tasks and handle physical exertion. Skillful in using therapy equipment and tools. Deep understanding of compliance and safety protocols. Proficient in documenting and electronic healthcare records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license as required by state law. CPR certification.
