PRN opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses, ALL SHIFTS We have
NEW INCREASED RATES Must Haves - Have empathy and caring attitude
for our Residents, dependability in coming to work, collaborate
with others in the best interest of our Residents. Duties: -
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long term care
and short term rehab setting. - Administer medications, perform
wound care, monitor patient vital signs, and assist with treatments
as directed by healthcare providers. - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans for residents. - Educate residents and their families on
health management strategies and treatment plans. - Ensure accurate
documentation of patient information and treatment procedures in
electronic health records. Requirements: - Valid LPN license in PA.
- Ability to work effectively in memory care units and long-term
care facilities. - Strong understanding of acute pain management
