Job Description We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and energetic Rehabilitation Technician to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in healthcare, exercise science, physical therapy, or chiropractic. As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will work closely with our doctors and patients to ensure smooth clinical flow and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols. Key Responsibilities Assist patients between the waiting area and rehabilitation room Demonstrate and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises Ensure exercises are performed correctly and safely Set up and manage spinal remodeling/rehabilitation equipment as directed Instruct patients on proper use of spinal orthotic DME for home use Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day Monitor patient tolerance and progress during sessions Communicate any patient concerns or changes to the doctor and front desk team Perform light administrative and clerical duties as needed Qualifications Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in: Exercise Science Kinesiology Health Sciences Pre-Physical Therapy, Pre-Occupational Therapy, or related field We also look for: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, empathy, and professionalism Ability to assist patients physically when needed Reliability and teamwork mindset Compensation $22–$24 per hour Why Work With Us?
