Now hiring a part time LPN for the overnight shift (7p-7a)- Thursday and Friday night. ? What You'll Do • Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge • Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs • Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care • Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client • Provide patient education in individual and group settings ? What We're Looking For • Minimum one year diploma program post - high school • Current LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges • Strong oral and written communication skills • Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask • Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles ?
