Philadelphia, PA Compensation: $95,000$110,000 annually (salary
band based on experience) Job Description This position is located
in West Philadelphia. Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is
seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our
Early Intervention team serving children and families in West
Philadelphia and surrounding communities. ALFS provides physical,
cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive
developmental services to children and their families across home,
clinic, childcare, school, and community-based settings. We
specialize in Early Intervention (EI) services supporting children
ages 35 with developmental delays and autism, while partnering
closely with families to promote meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Position Summary The Speech Language Pathologist will provide
assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech,
language, and communication delays within an Early Intervention
framework. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide speech and
language therapy services to children ages 35 enrolled in Early
Intervention Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
and ongoing assessments Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans aligned with EI goals Collaborate with families,
caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Utilize
evidence-based intervention strategies Maintain accurate and timely
clinical documentation Qualifications Masters degree in Speech
Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist
license (required) Pediatric and/or Early Intervention experience
preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration
skills Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $95,000$110,000
