Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in
Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2 years of experience
required Adult outpatient experience with various diagnoses
including Parkinson’s, stroke, MS, and gait/balance dysfunction
EPIC experience required Assignment Details Facility Type:
Outpatient Shift: Days Shift Details: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 16:00)
No call, weekends, or holidays required Will accept first-time
traveler At least 9 cases per day expected Must be fully vaccinated
