Job Description:
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing
compassionate and personalized care to the seniors in our
community. We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing
Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA HHA) to join our team. This
individual will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care
to residents with a variety of needs including assisted living,
independent living, and memory care. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about healthcare and enjoy working in a supportive and
nurturing environment. Our CNA HHAs are responsible for assisting
residents with daily living activities, maintaining accurate
patient records, and providing emotional and physical support to
residents and their families. Assisting residents with daily
personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and
toileting. Monitoring and recording patient health conditions by
measuring vital signs and weight, and documenting food and fluid
intake. Providing basic emotional and psychological support to the
senior community and their families. Implementing care plans
outlined by supervisors and ensuring that high standards of care
are maintained at all times. Assisting in the mobility of residents
and accompanying them to appointments and recreational activities.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents.
Proficient in maintaining accurate health records and handling
private information discretely. Ability to perform all physical
tasks required in the care of seniors and disabled individuals.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with
residents, families, and team members. Empathy and interpersonal
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (if applicable). First Aid and
CPR certification preferred.
