Job Description Job Description & Requirements Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $400000.00 - $800000.00 A highly regarded and growing private Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery group is seeking an additional surgeon to join its team in the greater Baltimore–Washington, DC metro area. Founded in 2014, this surgeon-led practice is known for quality care, modern technology, strong referrals, and a collaborative culture. With multiple established locations and continued growth, the incoming surgeon will step into a busy, well-defined role from day one. Opportunity Highlights: - Full-time and part-time schedule available - Office-based OMS with optional hospital cases (GBMC) - Mix of sedation cases, procedures, and consults - Extremely light call (shared, practice-only) - Average ~10 patients/day; 70–80% procedures - Bread-and-butter OMS with implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab - High autonomy with strong surgical and administrative support Compensation & Upside: - Income Potential of $800K–$1M - $25K sign-on bonus - Partnership track available - Full benefits, malpractice, 401(k) with match, CME, and generous PTO Multiple locations available, with flexibility to work from one or two offices.
