Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours - Employment Type: Travel Echo Tech (Cardiac Sonographer) – Travel or Local Contract Mullica Hill, New Jersey 13 Week Contract A great opportunity is now open for an experienced Echo Tech in Mullica Hill, NJ. This is a high-paying travel contract with a consistent day shift schedule and the chance to work with a strong clinical team in a busy hospital environment. Compensation - Travel Pay: $2,886 Weekly Gross - Local Rate: $70 per hour - 13 Week Contract Schedule - 4x10s Days - 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM - Monday – Friday - Weekends as needed Position Overview The Echo Technologist performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures to evaluate heart function and structure. This role plays an important part in supporting physicians with accurate imaging and detailed patient data. Responsibilities - Perform high quality echocardiograms to assess cardiac structure and function - Evaluate blood flow, valve function, and chamber size - Accurately document patient information and diagnostic findings - Work closely with physicians and the care team to support patient diagnosis - Maintain equipment and ensure imaging quality standards are met Procedures May Include - 2D and 3D Echocardiograms - Strain Imaging - Contrast Studies - Doppler - TEE (Transesophageal Echo) - Stress Echo Qualifications - High School Diploma required - Completion of an accredited Cardiac Sonography / Echocardiography Program - Hospital experience required - ARDMS – RDCS Certification required - BLS (AHA) required - BS Degree preferred If you're an Echo Tech looking for a well-paying contract with a great schedule, this is a fantastic opportunity in Mullica Hill, NJ, just outside Philadelphia with easy access to great food, entertainment, and city life.
