Job Description Exciting Opportunity: Vascular Surgery Physician Are you a dedicated vascular surgeon looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic hospital setting? Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care, including consultations, angioplasty, and hybrid procedures - Support hospital staff in acute and elective cases in a Level 1 trauma center with 500 beds - Manage patient caseload, perform surgeries, and participate in 24-hour call rotations - Collaborate with residents, OR teams, and ancillary staff utilizing EPIC EMR for seamless workflow - Contribute to patient follow-up and ongoing vascular health management Required Skills and Qualifications: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery - Valid PA medical license - DEA certification - Minimum of 1 year post-residency experience in vascular surgery - Strong clinical skills in vascular diagnostics, angioplasty, and hybrid procedures - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with complex endovascular techniques - Prior involvement in trauma or critical care settings - Additional certifications or training in vascular intervention techniques Preferred Education and Experience: - Residency or fellowship training in Vascular Surgery or related specialty - Proven track record of managing a diverse vascular patient population in a hospital setting Other Requirements: - Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM) on a scheduled basis - Willingness to support ongoing coverage needs up to 6-10 surgeries and 10-15 consults weekly - Compliance with credentialing within approximately 90 days, with a clean credentialing file This pivotal role offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $2,956.20, coupled with comprehensive benefits including weekly direct deposit payments, medical coverage, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a generous referral bonus program.
