Job Description:

Berkshire Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing excellent care to our patients. Our CNAs play a crucial role in the daily lives of patients by providing assistance with daily activities, basic nursing care, and supporting the emotional and physical well-being of residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving and a desire to provide compassionate support in a professionally managed environment focused on rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Assist with mobility, including moving patients in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and assisting with walking. Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bed making and room tidiness. Communicate regularly with nurses about patient condition and any issues that arise. Engage with patients in a compassionate and respectful manner, upholding the dignity of all individuals under your care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Physical ability to perform the duties of the position. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current CNA certification valid in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
