Responsibilities Registered Nurses in the Float Pool support various areas of the health system within the Medical & Surgical Divisions to include: Cardiac, Respiratory, Stroke/Neuro, Oncology, Orthopedics, Observation areas, Rehab & Psychiatry. Our relationship-based care model creates a healing environment for patients, families, nurses and colleagues alike. As a member of the Float Pool, your base pay rate is based on your years of nursing experience plus competetive premium pay. Additional shift and weekend differentials are added where applicable. Qualifications RN; two years minimum of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse is required. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
