Job Description:
The Jeweler Supervisor is responsible for numerous merchandising
and operating functions of the jewelry store at The Hotel Hershey.
The ideal candidate is a sales leader through the embodiment of our
service behaviors Own, Anticipate, Delight, and Inspire to generate
memorable experiences for the guest.Primary responsibilities
include maintaining inventory control, planning and implementing
display changes, managing personnel functions, and serving as
Supervisor-On-Duty for the retail department.
This position reports directly to the Store Manager for the Shops
at the Hotel Hershey.
Job Functions:
-Providing exceptional guest service, product knowledge and a
gracious atmosphere in the jewelry store of The Hotel Hershey.
-Executing layout & design of store jewelry displays
-Daily maintenance of the jewelry case product lines to ensure
merchandise visual standards, monitoring inventory control
procedures.
-Oversee the process of returns, repairs, phone orders and customer
special orders.
-Hiring, Interviewing & overseeing the daily operation of jewelry
associates including scheduling & training.
