Currently, we operate in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Virginia.The Nutrition Group is a people oriented company that prides itself on the long term relationships we've established with clients, customers, employees, and vendors.About the Job:The Nutrition Group has an open position of Head Cook at a large K-12 School Cafeteria Operation.Hours: Monday-Friday 6:45AM-1:00PMDuties to Include:

• Understanding National School Breakfast Program
• Understanding National School Lunch Program
• Food Preparation on a large production scale
• Utilizing Kitchen Equipment
• Meeting Company's Expectations
• Understand Company's Food Concepts
• Daily Production Records and Paperwork
• Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
• Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipesTraining School Cafeteria Workers:
  • Food Production and Recipes Utilization
  • Understanding Functions of Kitchen Equipment
  • Meeting Company's Expectations
  • Understand Company's Food ConceptsQualifications:
    • At least 1-2 years staff management
    • Food Service Experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
    • Valid Driver's License
