Job Description:

We're seeking a positive, personable customer service associate to provide world-class customer service to our UPS Store customers. We provide a variety of services for our customers including shipping, packing, printing, mailbox, faxing, copying, and more. The ideal candidate is friendly and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask. Training will be provided, however basic computer literacy is necessary to excel. (Although closely affiliated, we are not the same company as UPS, and therefore do not have driver or warehouse positions available).

We also have a position in our -Douglassville -store.

Responsibilities:

Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
--- Process customer requests, including shipping packages and providing print services
--- Pack customer items to UPS Shipper standards (you will get trained on this to become a packing expert)
--- Maintain customer shipping or mailbox accounts and update their information as needed
--- Reply to incoming phone calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints

Qualifications:

Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
--- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
--- Must have basic computer and typing abilities
--- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
--- Must have reliable transportation
--- Being a notary is helpful, but NOT required
