Conduct comprehensive research on destinations, activities, accommodations, and dining options for group travel. Manage all incoming communication channels promptly and professionally. Execute financial transactions with precision, including collecting, processing, and refunding funds from client/vendor accounts. Collaborate seamlessly and communicate effectively with colleagues as required. Qualifications: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
