Human Resources Specialist - Shared Services

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our newly
expanded Shared Services Department. This department is central to
the work of HR in our organization, supporting our associates,
their families, Operations Leaders, and the Field and Corporate HR
Teams. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to
work among these functions. This role will have a primary focus of
collaborating with Field HR to centralize enterprise-wide
processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver a
superior customer experience for the HR Teams and our
The Shared Services Human Resources Specialist is responsible for
performing professional human resources work in a variety of
concentrations, including associate relations, unemployment,
relocation, background checks, and special projects assigned based
on business needs. This position will work closely with Leadership
in a proactive, collaborative approach to ensure the processes are
consistent, compliant, and accurate to support sustained business
success and impact associate engagement in a positive way.
Collaborate with HR Team (Field and Corporate) on several functions
including, but not limited to; Associate Relations, investigations,
background checks, policies and procedures, enterprise wide
training, the ambassador program, and real-time coaching of

A minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.

Ability to interpret and effectively communicate Human Resources
policies, procedures and laws.
