The Opportunity:The Sr. TA & HR Administrator is an innovative, strategic, and passionate Talent Acquisition/HR Representative at Client. This person is responsible for managing the recruitment efforts for all roles within Supply Chain & Logistics Operations at our Jonestown, PA Distribution Center. This role will be expected to develop new sourcing/recruiting strategies to build a diverse pipeline of talent for both current and future openings within the organization. This position will also be the HR Representative for the facilities 2nd shift.What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Manages comprehensive overview of non-Power Brands budget and mix (-$6MM, 15 brands)
  • Leads all Category SVP and cross-functional Director/Sr. Director level and below meetings
  • Partner and consult with internal stakeholders to gain a clear view of their hiring needs, identify requirements, and target specific skillsets
  • drive commercial alignment across annual marketing calendar for non-Power Brands to maximize ROI and scale assets and amplification
  • collaborates on necessary localization of marketing activations
  • Develop external relationships: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and present findings to key business leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Attend career fairs, networking events and learning seminars, and act as a brand ambassador representing Client
  • Support company's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy by building a diverse candidate slate
  • Have a proven record in developing talent attraction strategies, especially for distribution center roles
  • Expert at building and optimizing customized out of the box strategies
  • Serves as HR business partner to assigned client group: to consult on related HR issues to ensure organizational alignment in application of HR policies.

  • Promotes the importance of living Client's values.Who We're Looking For:Previous experience recruiting in Supply Chain & Logistics Operations (Distribution Centers, Fulfillment Centers, Warehouses) for both exempt and non-exempt roles in local marketExperience and/or exposure in providing HR support on Company policies and proceduresMust possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a can-do attitude and desire to excelStrong organizational, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilitySense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is keyAbility to represent the company as an employer of choice; to extend the brand in the marketplace and to share the culture and opportunity in everything you doWork effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high stress environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and prioritiesBilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferredManages and conducts employee training and orientation programs.Translates Client's global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals into local strategies focused on recruitment, retention, leadership development and building a culture of inclusion.
