Penske has a team that recruits and hires for positions across the country, our recruiting team has grown to over 100 people in the last few years in support of our company's successful performance. We are excited to be adding more positions to our recruiting team based out of our corporate offices in Reading, PA. We have several recruiting roles available immediately! Recruiting Supervisor

Our Recruiting Supervisor will lead a team of 8-10 Hiring Specialists and manage their daily operations, including ensuring proper prioritization of recruiting needs, distribution of workload, training, overall team engagement, and development. This position will collaborate with our operations leadership, H.R. leaders, and all Recruiting team members to ensure alignment. Candidates for this role should have 2 years of team leadership experience, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational and documentation skills. Prior recruiting team or contact center management is strongly preferred.

Recruiting Assistant

Responsible for taking incoming calls from new candidates, making outbound calls to applicants, recording information in our applicant tracking system, pre-screening candidates, identifying strong candidates who best meet our organization's needs, and scheduling interviews for our Hiring Specialists and Hiring Managers. You will work as a part of a team committed to ensuring strong support of all recruiting processes. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, the ability to speak well on the phone, build a rapport with callers, and the ability to use computer programs and multitask. Prior recruiting experience and bilingual capabilities are a plus!

Corporate Recruiter

Our Penske Corporate Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, identifying, and selection of top talent, as well as creating a positive candidate experience. This position will support Penske's corporate operations and recruit for roles across multiple corporate functions, including finance, legal, real estate, corporate maintenance, operational excellence, safety, training, marketing, sales, H.R., etc. Qualified candidates should have 2-3 years of previous proactive sourcing and recruiting experience and a go-getter mentality towards finding candidates.

Hiring Specialist

In this role, you will have responsibility for the sourcing, selection, job offer, and assisting with the clinical services process within a complete life-cycle recruiting process. You will interact with candidates and our local operations managers via in-person, phone, and electronic correspondence. Candidates for this role should have previous recruiting and customer service experience and be proficient in the use of technology, being able to capture candidate information via phone while managing multiple screen computer applications. Previous experience interviewing and hiring is highly preferred, and bilingual capabilities a plus!

Recruitment Marketing Specialist

This positionwill be responsible for assisting with recruitment marketing and social media marketing to help Penske reach technician candidates and share our career opportunities. You will help to promote brand awareness and share our story. This is a fun, and creative position that supports our technician staffing needs with innovative media solutions. Preferred candidates for the role will have prior experience in recruiting, social media and must have excellent writing skills.

Systems and Process Administrator

This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional & system support for Penske's Talent Acquisition system. In addition, you will be a critical resource in maintaining overall company process compliance relating to the staffing function. In this role, you will utilize reports and process reviews in order to audit the staffing process that is followed by each of the recruiters and provide those findings to staffing leadership team. 1-3 years of experience working in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution, is required. Previous experience with project management and certifications such as Six Sigma preferred.

  • Bachelors degree or relevant recruiting work experience preferred

  • Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to review reports and make recommendations

  • Able to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership.

  • Bilingual Spanish communication skills a plus.

  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal

    history) and drug screening are required.
