Job Description:

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Vice President of Human Resources for our Modivcare Home group. In this role, you will manage the HR organization over Modivcare Home and the services that it provides to help drive the business and its high rate of growth and evolvement. You will use business and financial knowledge to quantify Human Resources and align them with the business. You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer of Modivcare.

You will...
Lead and support the Field HR Managers
Complete delegated assignments and special projects.
Develop employee brand and value proposition, aligning with overall company brand and value proposition.
Partner with the management team and respective internal organization groups to develop formal and informal employee communications programs.
Develop and improve processes and programs that achieve Great Place to Work status for employee engagement and employee experience.
Leverage emerging technologies and other tools to capture integral data to support business and human capital decisions.
Develop, track, and control the Human Resource budget as assigned and delegated.
Keep current with trends in employee relations. Advise, counsel, and educate senior management on the competitive or financial impact.
Work with the senior team to develop overall HR Strategic Plan & HR Operating plan and its alignment with the Enterprise.
Lead and support rapid transformation and high growth and the related demands that it requires.
Provide advice and counsel on employee relation issues. Manage and report on employee relations issues and implement strategies to reduce such issues.
Identify most appropriate HR metrics to track and analyze to support informed business decisions.
Identify opportunities where HR can apply root cause analysis to problems or issues and develop action plans to address the respective situation/opportunity.
Apply financial acumen to develop HR plans and programs based on information about business drivers and trends.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
15+ years of HR experience.
2-5 years of senior HR management experience.
Experience leading HR teams that were recognized by both management and employees as being proactive and service oriented.
Excellence in Global Workforce Productivity, employee analytics and demographics and how programs can be tailored to the employee population.
Experience leading nationwide teams.
Working knowledge and experience with a centralized HR function, processes, and procedures.
Program and project management expertise.
