Description
HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled
nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and
rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and
rehabilitation therapy.The Nursing Assistant Trainer coordinates,
plans and conducts nursing and nursing assistant clinical
orientation and training programs for professional and
nonprofessional personnel with the primary training focus for
nursing personnel. Conducts the Nurse Aide Training and Competency
Evaluation Program (NATCEP) at the HCR ManorCare state approved
classroom and clinical sites. Supervises clinical training of
student nurse aides enrolled in the NATCEP program.In return for

Educational Requirements
Licensed as RN.
Position Requirements
2-4 years previous long-term care nursing experience.2 years
experience in teaching adult learners preferred.Certified Trainer
for the NATCEP preferred but not required; must be willing to
become a Certified NATCEP Trainer.Job Specific Details:Make any day
payday with Daily Pay.We offer a Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and
generous shift differentials.Tuition assistance is available after
