professionallyCARD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I OVERVIEW:The purpose of
the Card Operations Specialist I is to provide internal support of
Consumer & Business Debit and Credit cards in accordance with
internal policies and regulatory guidelines. This position has no
budgetary responsibility, has supervision over daily work to ensure
success, and requires analytical abilities to perform the essential
job functions.The Card Operations Specialist I is responsible for
the internal support of all consumer and business credit and debit
operations, as well as the completion of basic operational tasks
for all consumer credit and debit cards. This includes but is not
limited to providing member service through an internal inbound
phone queue, chat, email and mail communication methods,
operational tasks for consumer credit and debit cards, ensuring
compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines,
building relationships, assistance with associate training. This
role also supports the Card Portfolio growth through a variety of
special projects and other duties as defined and is responsible to
provide operational support for all new enhancements and services
developed by the portfolio team.CARD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST II
OVERVIEW:The purpose of the Card Operations Specialist II is to
provide internal support of Consumer & Business Debit and Credit

for the training of incoming Card Operations Specialists. This

opportunity that will require you to be in office at our
headquarters (Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. The position may
require in-person training.CARD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
EXPERIENCE:--- 0-1 years' experience in the Financial Industry
Experience and/or knowledge of Credit Union card related products
and servicesCARD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST II EXPERIENCE:--- 1-2 years'
experience in the Financial Industry Experience and/or knowledge of
Credit Union card related products and servicesEDUCATION:---
General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school
diplomaSKILLS:--- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
skills--- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer
service skills--- Skills with common software, including Microsoft
