Permanent position in Reading PA for a Field Service Technician
for a new System Start-UpSome travel is required Primary
Responsibilities:Provide field service at domestic and
international customer locations for standard equipment and
low-complexity custom equipment.Perform new system start-upPerform
low-complexity system troubleshootingPerform minor network
configuration changes, troubleshootingPerform depot repairs on
products relative to the local district/region.Provide technical
support, via telephone, to customers and sales
representatives.Follow established and documented procedures for
time accounting and customer invoicing.Primary Qualifications:The
ideal candidate would have an Associate Degree in Electronics or
Networking or equivalent work/military trainingshould understand
circuit boards used in communication systems.
