Job Description:
PeopleFirst.com is seeking an innovative and visionary Chief
Retail Delivery Officer to join our forward-thinking team in the
banking sector. This role is pivotal in shaping how banking
products and services are delivered across our retail landscape,
ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving operational
excellence. The successful candidate will lead the strategy and
execution of all retail banking channels, leveraging cutting-edge
technology to redefine what efficiency and engagement look like in
the banking arena. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies
for all retail banking operations, ensuring alignment with the
company’s objectives and market needs. Lead the transformation of
retail banking delivery through digital innovation and
state-of-the-art technical solutions. Manage a significant budget
and P&L for retail banking, driving profitability and
sustainability. Collaborate with senior management to integrate
customer service excellence throughout the retail banking channels.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain
high standards of corporate governance across all operations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within
the retail banking teams. Strong leadership and strategic thinking
skills. Expertise in digital transformation and technology-driven
business strategies. Excellent financial acumen and ability to
manage complex budgets. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to effectively lead diverse teams. Proven ability to drive
change and implement efficient operational processes. Certification
in Project Management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2). Certified Bank
Director (CBD) or similar is desirable.
