Job Description:
PeopleFirst.com is seeking an innovative Core Systems Developer
to join our dedicated IT team. This role involves designing and
developing the foundational systems that support our advanced HR
technologies tailored to the banking, insurance, and investment
sectors. Here at PeopleFirst.com, we're not just about technology;

optimized systems and practices. As a Core Systems Developer,
you'll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by engineering
robust, scalable solutions that drive our core business functions.
Design, develop, and implement core system software that meets the
needs of PeopleFirst.com's strategic direction. Collaborate with
analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and
evaluate system requirements. Incorporate best practices and
standards in cybersecurity to ensure secure and reliable system
operations. Perform regular checks and updates to ensure systems
operate efficiently without risk of downtime or data loss. Lead the
integration of new technologies and frameworks to enhance system
functionalities and user experience. Provide technical support and
training to other team members on new systems. Document and
maintain software functionalities and update system processes as
required. Proficient in programming languages like Java, C++, or
Python. Strong understanding of database management and software
architecture. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with API design and development. Knowledge of
Linux/Unix, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Agile
methodologies, particularly Scrum. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Certification in Java, Python, or C++ programming. Certified
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is ideal but not
required.
