Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in diverse energy solutions, is seeking
an experienced Sr Project Manager to oversee complex projects
across our vast energy, gas, and renewable sectors. This role
requires a strategic vision, dedication to sustainable practices,
and a robust capability in managing multi-disciplinary teams to
ensure project deliverables are met according to schedule, budget,
and quality standards. Develop and execute detailed project plans
ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with
regulatory standards. Manage budget, scheduling, and resource
allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including management,
technical teams, and external contractors, to ensure smooth project
progression. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with
project timelines and deliverables. Oversee the preparation of
project documentation, including status reports and final project
reviews, to ensure transparency and accountability. Foster a
collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous professional
growth and innovation. Proven project management and leadership
abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project
management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Ability to work
in a fast-paced and evolving industry setting. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management
Professional) certification required. Lean Six Sigma or similar
certifications are preferred.
