Job Description:
Embark on a transformative journey as a Senior Loan IQ Engineer

provide deep Loan IQ application expertise to Core Platform
Implementation teams, ensuring solution design and system
implementation align with industry best practices and enterprise
standards. You will partner with business and technology
stakeholders to support complex business and process analysis, lead
the evaluation of solution options, and guide design
decision?making. Additionally, you will define and oversee clear
acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery, regulatory
alignment, and operational readiness. To be successful as a Senior
Loan IQ Engineer - VP, you should have: Advanced knowledge of
Finastra Loan IQ Understanding of Wholesale Lending products and
business processes, including Financial Accounting and Risk
Management (Credit or Market Risk) Considerable communication
skills, both written and verbal Experience with Microsoft packages,
including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio Other highly valued
skills include: Knowledge of loan syndication/origination is a plus
Experience of managing requirements in Jira and documentation in
Confluence Working knowledge of project management tools and
techniques, including waterfall and agile methodologies You may be
assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role,
such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business
acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as
job-specific technical skills. This role is located in our
Whippany, NJ office. Minimum Salary: $170,000 Maximum Salary:
$230,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above
includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include
any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

incentive award. Purpose of the role To drive technical excellence
and innovation by leading the design and implementation of robust
software solutions, providing mentorship to engineering teams,
fostering cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to
strategic planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
aligned with business objectives. Accountabilities Provision of
guidance and expertise to engineering teams to ensure alignment
with best practices and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Contribution to strategic planning by aligning technical decisions
with business goals, anticipating future technology trends, and
providing insights to optimize product roadmaps. Design and
implementation of complex, scalable, and maintainable software
solutions, considering long-term viability and business objectives.
Mentoring and coaching to junior and mid-level engineers to foster
professional growth and knowledge sharing, elevating the overall
skillset and capabilities of the organization. Collaboration with
business partners, product managers, designers, and other
stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical
solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
Innovation within the organization by identifying and incorporating
new technologies, methodologies, and industry practices into the
engineering process. Vice President Expectations To contribute or
