This role is crucial for maintaining the elegance of our swift, efficient services that our reputation is built upon. As part of our driving team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods to our clients, directly impacting our ongoing success and growth in the industry. Operate a CDL-A truck to deliver products to various store locations primarily within the local area Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip Adhere to all safety protocols and transportation laws Maintain communication with dispatch to report any issues or delays Manage documentation such as bills of lading and delivery notes Ensure the cargo is secured properly before and during transit Provide excellent customer service during delivery, representing System Freight Inc. professionally Proficient in operating a commercial heavy vehicle Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to navigate efficiently Excellent verbal communication skills Proven ability to maintain logs and records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Clean driving record DOT Medical Card Must meet or exceed the physical standards of the Department of Transportation (DOT)
