Non-Exempt/Hourly Work Schedule: 7 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday
Purpose of Position: The primary responsibility of the Technical
Production Associate is to assemble Power Scrub units and support
overall production operations, including equipment maintenance, 3D
printing, and safe material handling, while ensuring high-quality
output. Essential Skills: Clearly and effectively conveys

insightful questions. Completes tasks with minimal waste of time
and resources. Essential Duties: Assemble Power Scrub units
according to specifications and quality standards Keep work area
clean and organized Follow all safety protocols during assembly
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Requirements: Perform routine equipment maintenance and make minor
repairs as needed. Manage 3D printing production from setup to
completion. Follow proper procedures for safe handling and use of
chemicals. Operate and maintain power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks. Proficient in
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Adapt
to changing tasks while maintaining productivity. Use NAV
Enterprise software for daily operations. Complete basic training
in equipment operation and food safety. Read, interpret, and follow
documents such as standard operating procedures; write routine
reports and correspondence; communicate effectively with groups of
employees. Perform basic math operations—including addition,
subtraction, multiplication, and division—using whole numbers,
fractions, and decimals. Complete support of and willing adherence

must hold these standards as his/her own. Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in CAD software with applied, practical experience.
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and their practical

attitude Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee is regularly required to move about the facility. The
employee must frequently lift and/or move parts and inventory.
Employee is required to seek assistance in the lifting of more than
50 pounds, or use a forklift to lift. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne
particles, soaps and/or chemicals, outdoor weather conditions,
moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee is exposed to
cold and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually
moderate to loud.
