Job Description Job Description Production Associate - Day Shift The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Team Member. This is a Full-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility in Hellertown, PA. If you are passionate about insects and interested in contributing to the production process of our high-quality products, then we want to hear from you. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the daily production of insect products Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products Operate equipment safely and efficiently Perform quality control checks on finished products Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Adhere to policies and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects.
