You'll succeed here if you’re detail?oriented, enjoy hands?on work, and thrive in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers Follow detailed instructions, SOPs, work documents, and technical drawings Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across all production steps Communicate effectively with team members and leadership What You Bring High School Diploma or GED 1 year of production experience preferred (assembly, warehouse, order picking also count!) Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills (for training modules) Strong problem?solving skills and attention to detail Commitment to cGMP and cleanroom standards Work Environment This is a professional cleanroom setting where you will: Wear required PPE: gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses Follow strict gowning procedures (no makeup or jewelry allowed) Work in 60–70&degree;F environment with 30% humidity Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs Interested in a stable job with weekly pay and room to grow? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
