The Clinical Nurse Manager promotes clinical excellence by
engaging as a stakeholder to lead the achievement of desired
results for bridging gaps identified in clinical quality, care
coordination, staff education/competency & environment of care
The role's primary focus is on assuring balanced workloads by
clinical role for delivering both asynchronous & synchronous
patient centered care.
The Clinical Nurse Manager provides oversight, support &
direction for the above focus areas, scope of practice & team
engagement in accordance with desired goals & objectives while
advocating for inputs including but not limited to new hires,
performance coaching/reviews, terminations, scope of practice
optimization & skill mix, and patient safety.
The Clinical Nurse Manager provides leadership for the
advancement in collaborative practice with the inter-professional
care team to improve the team engagement & support identified
clinical & operational initiatives.
The Clinical Nurse Manager works independently & collaboratively
with the ambulatory practice leaders, providers, clinical staff
(RNs, LPNs & MAs) & quality team members.

implementation, practice standards & organizational policies &

practice as guided by the AAACN dimensions of ambulatory nursing
practice including leadership, telephonic nursing triage, staff
education, best practice & direct care coordination.

Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing – OR -
Certification in specialty by recognized accrediting agency – OR –
enrolled in RN to BSN or RN to MSN program with minimum 6 credits
completed within previous 12 months
Clinical experience in Women's Health Services
RN license in the State of PA
