Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:--- Handle client issues and call escalations--- Responsible for completing Medicaid application for patients the client refers--- Responsible for uploading and submitting Medicaid application onto DPW's website--- Where necessary, will contact employers, family members, etc. to obtain the necessary documentation to support the Medicaid application --- Will help to coordinate and facilitate any comments, notes, etc. to be entered into the hospital system as mutually agreed upon by the hospital and company--- Responsible to update system as deemed appropriate for the successful completion of file information--- Will adhere to standards of conduct and company policy--- Other duties may be assigned to meet business or client's needsSkills:--- Customer Service--- Administrative--- Healthcare--- MUST BE BILINGUAL - English/Spanish--- Some form of experience in a Lead position, supervisor role, etc.Additional Skills & Qualifications:--- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent --- Qualifications: 1+ years of Customer Service experience--- Healthcare experience preferred (Nurse, medical office, call center, etc.)--- Ability to work well under pressureAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
