RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a remote Consumer
Collections Specialist in Reading, PA. Responsibilities: * Contact
customers to collect delinquent balances daily* Experience with and
ability to learn and adapt to complex debt collection software*
Respond to customer calls regarding account inquiries* Maintain
customer relationshipsJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* 2-4 years of
collections experience* Good communication and customer service*
Ability to work both invidiually and with a team* Good
