Manufacturing company in Leola, PA is looking for welders to join their team on 1st and 2nd shifts. Work week is Monday-Thursday so you can enjoy a 3 day weekend, or get extra overtime in on Friday and still have Saturday and Sunday off. Whether you're looking for your first welding opportunity, or have been welding for years, this could be the right fit for you!Description:MIG WelderPay Rate: $15-$17/hr (additional $2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift). Pay rate will be decided on if candidate can pass the MIG weld test, followed by blueprint and measuring test. Job Duties:

• Set up and operate robotic welders
• Fix welds on parts that come off the machine
• Fabricate parts according to blueprints
• Inspect parts for any defects/errors
• Help out in various departments as neededNo additional pre-employment checks required. Once job is offered and accepted, candidate can start ASAP!
