HRIS Analyst

WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time HRIS Analyst for our Ephrata, PA office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining HR related reports
  • Quickly respond to a variety of ad-hoc reporting requests from across the organization
  • Generate reports by writing and maintaining a variety of queries
  • Analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure efficient HRIS through table maintenance, upgrades, workflow maintenance and testing
  • Perform data updates, imports and research of any data discrepancies
  • Collaborate with functional staff, technical resources, and vendors to assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades and patches.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of previous HRIS experience
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access
  • Experience in report writing and analytics
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
