Job DescriptionSalary: Sweeper Operator: Fogelsville, Kutztown, Emmaus, Hamburg, PAOur company specializes in cleaning and maintaining busy Commercial shopping centers. We are seeking professional and experienced Sweeper Drivers in our Allentown, PA and surrounding areas location. Looking to hire immediately. Full Time PositionResponsibilities:Our night shift sweeper driver cleans the outdoor areas of commercial shopping centers and buildings at night by operating sweeper trucks, removing dirt, debris and other trash at these properties.Handpick garbage in designated areas.Use handheld blower to clean sidewalks, curb lines, loading dock, dumpster areas, etc.Conduct Pre/Post Inspection checklist of vehicle and equipment.Report hazards and liabilities to manager. Provide report with overall site conditions.Empty trash cans as required.Porter responsibilities when needed.Requirements:Must have a valid and clean driver's license.Work independently.Required to work a flexible schedule: 5-day week, schedules vary.Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.Experience in driving/operating sweeper truck and/or machinery preferred.Be able to lift 50lbs. and climb in and out of equipment.Be able to work in inclement weather.Reliable transportation.Pass a background check, pre-placement and random drug screenings.Full-time year-round work.Job Type: Full-time
