As a Phoebe team member, you're free to work in an innovative environment with a number of bright minds that let your core strengths shine.Pay Rate $14 per hourWho is right for the job?As a Community Life Assistant with Phoebe you will be working with community life team and other departments to implement strategies to achieve programming goals assigned to the department; work. Your role will help develops and facilitate daily activity programs, special events and off campus trips/activities. You will also follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards. You will represent the facility with integrity, free of gifts or improper inducements. As a Phoebe Community Life Assistant you will adhere to the organizational Core Values and Mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person both resident and co-worker. • Part Time 1st Shift
• Per DiemPool employees are required to be available 2 weekend shifts in a 30-day period. This can include 1 Saturday shift & 1 Sunday shift, 2 Saturday shifts, or 2 Sunday shifts.   • Plan and present daily activities
  • Transport residents to activities
  • Schedules, facilitates, and support resident committees
  • Communicate activities via a weekly new letter
  • Maintain Audio-Visual equipment
  • Coordinate visiting with the residents
  • Assist with decorating, bulletin boards, for various seasons and holidaysSkills crucial to success in this role:

      • High School Diploma or GED
