EveningHours: 2:30p-11:00pSUMMARY OF POSITION:Responsible for the
safe and efficient movement of patients and items to and from
clinical units as well as various diagnostic treatment and testing
areas. Maintain established HMC policies and procedures by
supporting the nursing staff with the delivery of quality patient
care.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required. 6
months of direct patient care experience required. Previous
customer service experience required. Must have the ability to
read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions and to
prioritize tasks. BLS-Heartsaver certification required OR must
obtain a hospital-approved CPR or BLS program within 3-weeks of
date of hire. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Basic computer skills
preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*: Able to stand occasionally; walk
constantly. Able to lift/carry 0-10 lbs frequently; 11-50 lbs
occasionally. Able to push/pull 0-20 lbs frequently; 21-75 lbs
occasionally. Able to reach constantly. Able to use hand for
simple/firm grasping. *Appended to this job description is the Work
