    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business, or a minimum of five years' experience handling Human Resources Generalist responsibilities.
    • Working knowledge of employment law, federal, state and local regulations, and other government compliance regulations (i.e., ACA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, USERRA, OSHA, etc.) is required
    • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
    • The ability to research and analyze various types of data information
    • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law
    • Must be detail-oriented, have an aptitude for accuracy, and ability to organize and prioritize work
    • Possess excellent communication and public speaking skills, and problem solving abilities
    • Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office and Windows required
    • Proficiency with human resource information systems (Paylocity a plus)
    • Possess a valid driver's licensePI201015442
