Job Description:

This position is responsible for the overall success of the Night Audit Team at the Hershey Lodge. This position will provide supervisor support to the Third Shift Night Audit Team.Job Functions:

• This position is responsible for orchestrating and expediting the Front of the House and Back of the House audit for Hershey Lodge
• Posting and balancing Room and Tax Charges
• Balancing all daily postings and activities
• Posting and balancing accounts receivable vouchers
• Preparing Daily Manager Report and running and distributing other operating reports
• Training of all new employees and doing the schedule for the Night Audit Team
• Responsible for overnight PBX functions
• Responsible for the ensuring that guests are treated with service excellence and the check in process and the check out process is done to the Standards of the Hershey Lodge
• Ensuring that complaints and problems are promptly resolved and requests for special services are carried out
• Conducting on-going training and support to the Night Audit Team
