Job Description:

Our Market Center, Teams and Partners are looking for talented, friendly and hardworking individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
--- Review contracts for completeness & compliance
--- Input sales to transaction management software
--- Assist with scheduling inspections as requested
--- Act as liaison between lender, title, client, and agents
--- Ensure all contingencies are met within the contractually agreed-upon time frame
--- Coordinate settlement details with title, client, and agent
--- Order resale certificate and HOA docs
--- Review Settlement Statement for accuracy
--- Perform post-settlement activities
--- Answer phone calls when overflow occurs
--- Share any concerns or relevant feedback with the agent and/or leadership
--- General Administrative Tasks
--- Assist with administrative tasks for the team

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Communicates well, both verbally and written
License for real estate is preferred but not required
Available evenings and weekends
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
Background in real estate is required for this position
