Job Title: Architect Privacy and Compliance Solutions Job
Location: Hershey, PA or Remote This position is open to 100%
remote. Summary: Provide technical leadership, execute day-to-day
solution support, and lead technical implementations for various
consumer, customer, employee compliance technologies. Currently
Hershey's Compliance Technologies consist primary of Adobe
Experience Platform and OneTrust. This role will provide technical
leadership across but primarily focus on OneTrust as the core of
our compliance technologies. The Hershey Company's Information
Services (IS) department supports these critical platforms to
support our legal & business partners in driving growth, consumer
engagement, and compliance. Major Duties/Responsibilities: Day to
Day management and administration of across the OneTrust platform
as required by the role. Provide architectural leadership and
support for OneTrust Solutions as required. Help to support the
day-to-day operations of full-filling compliance requests by
providing support to compliance operations analysts and team.
Coordinate and configure new consent requirements in OneTrust's
Preference & Consent Management solutions as required by the role.
Support updates regarding privacy policies and other related items
in OneTrust's ethic's and compliance solution. Configure new PIA
and DPIA in OneTrust as required by business or legal. Management
and maintenance of enterprise data mapping for privacy solutions in
OneTrust. Support the compliance integration team with the system
administration of privacy rights automation in OneTrust. Diagnose
and track down any functional issues to a root or functional cause,
and resolve issues as needed. Coordinate with compliance ops team
on proper handling of consumer PII within compliance systems.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team
members, internal partners, customers, and others through good
interpersonal skills. Support management with facilitating training
as required. Identify goals and objectives, success criteria, and
action items/deliverables for completing projects in conjunction
with Product and Solutions Managers. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully
perform major duties/responsibilities: Strong experience across
OneTrust's suite of solutions strongly preferred. 5+ years of
system administration in InfoSec, data governance, data privacy or
other IT compliance areas. 3+ years leading initiatives by
analyzing systems design, assessing risk, and calculating business
value to influence 3rd party software product selection Familiarity
with APIs, Change Management strategies, Data Layer Management, and
Digital ID Management a plus. Poise and ability to act calmly and
competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations. Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills, able to manage multiple
projects under strict timelines, work well in a demanding dynamic
environment and meet overall objectives. Prefer experience as a
Developer with a digital platform provider, digital agency, or
within an IT organization. High level of personal integrity, and
the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show
an appropriate level of judgment and maturity. High degree of
initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little
supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially
Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience with analytical
tools and flowcharting tools, such as Microsoft Visio. Minimum
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Management Information Systems, or Information Systems CIPP, CIPM,
or CIPT certifications preferred. Master's degree in Business,
Information Systems, or other applicable advanced degree preferred.
