Job Description:
Our client, an award - winning Fortune 200 Utility Company in
Reading PA, is seeking for Customer Service Representatives to join
their team. The ideal candidate will have customer service, retail,
admin experience which will align successfully in the organization.
(Must live within 50 miles radius from Reading PA)
Job Title: Call Center Customer Service
Location: Reading PA
Pay Range: $17.00
What's the Job?
Receiving inbound calls, creating notifications, performing account
and inputting data
Documenting customer notes on accounts
Receiving and processing outage and emergency calls
Analyzing, handling and resolving all customers inquiries.
Other duties as assigned
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in customer service environment
Excellent communication skills
Pass background and drug screening
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Availability to work overtime and weekends and on- call
situation
Must live within 50 miles radius from Reading PA
